Not a stupid question. If your mouse doesn't have a 2nd 'right' button you can hold down the Control key on the keyboard at the same time that you use the mouse button on that link. That also makes it act like a right click.

I have done 2 of the workouts, I am very happy with this purchase. Has anyone ordered any other workouts from her on this platform, are they also all downloadable?

You can purchase other recorded classes for either $1.99 or $1.49 and they are downloadable.

This thread got me looking at her stuff again. If anyone is interested in more current JNL workouts, she does have workouts on Powhow. I just bought a package that was called "7 workouts for $15" but it's really 17 workouts that you can download and keep forever for $15. It is a great sampling of all the different types of classes she's offering now. All of the workouts are around 40-50 minutes, which is a good time frame for me.

She has a bunch of other packages too, but this one looked like an inexpensive way to try (and keep) some workouts.
