I adore Jari, and Slim & Lean, and Ripped and Chiseled are two workouts I will NEVER (EVER) get rid of. Personally, I think anyone can do them because it's really all in how much weight you lift.
I just never get sick of them.
I did try Ripped to the Core, which is the compound moves one, and I really didn't like it because I was always either too light for my lower body or too heavy for my upper body.
