I think the T-Tapp OIP exercise is to activate the transverse abdominus muscle and while doing the abdmonial exercise. I have never kept it up long enough to get any noticable result, but I usually feel a good when I do the OIP/HF the times I have done it. (I guess I should stick with it.)
I have never done the other workouts, but have thought about getting the RaviAna Yoga Cleanse workout. I've been getting into fasting, and am thinking about doing a 30-day juice fast this summer, and I think it might be a good thing to do with it. But I would like to try it a few times before I do the fast.
