Yoga cleanse/T-Tapp organ massage?

Can you please share your thoughts/experience/benefits? How often do you use?

I read some interesting and great comments about Yoga Cleanse-Lighten Up and Purify with Ana Brett & Ravi Singh and i recently found Total Body Cleanse with Sybille Gebhardt (clip on AT&T U-Verse) that i'm interested in.

I think the T-Tapp OIP exercise is to activate the transverse abdominus muscle and while doing the abdmonial exercise. I have never kept it up long enough to get any noticable result, but I usually feel a good when I do the OIP/HF the times I have done it. (I guess I should stick with it.)

I have never done the other workouts, but have thought about getting the RaviAna Yoga Cleanse workout. I've been getting into fasting, and am thinking about doing a 30-day juice fast this summer, and I think it might be a good thing to do with it. But I would like to try it a few times before I do the fast.

Sorry...I don't think I have anything useful to tell you.
