Intermediate is my most used which I think is quite difficult if you put your all into it.
I did advanced today and didn't think it was quite as hard but maybe that's because it moved faster and I didn't keep my form up quite as well.
I really want to do a T-tapp bootcamp. I want to alternate Intermediate with advanced and all the maxi max workouts.

I had a few of the maxi max workouts and had to get rid of them. They moved too quickly for me to keep good form. I DO like the newer Maxi Max Extreme because she slows way down and emphasizes form.
I like the intermediate (with 10 reps) workout, but keeping good form is so challenging that I can do it only occasionally.
I envy you your fitness levels.
