ahem. back on topic, no, not into pilates so I can't use them there. I guess I'll hold on to my balls for now.
Yes, i agree you better hold onto your balls, for you never know when you will need them!!!

Yes, it's better to hold onto your balls than lose them.

I keep thinking about Tim Gunn's comment about liking the wooly balls on Project Runway this season!

Mine are blue and dusty too! So many workouts so little time a VIDOIOTS dilema{sp} anyways. I have a good one somewhere that I liked by Carrribean workouts that they do this dance flow thing with them in your hands it is really good and fun. Somday I will dig it out!

Yes - that's what I was talking about upthread!

There is a 15-minute Chi ball segment on both and A New You and Workout on the Go and a 20-minute one on Sculpt That Body. I love the Caribbean Workout Chi ball routines. They're both relaxing and energising at the same time - just the thing for a quick de-stressing Friday evening workout after a migraine-inducing working week.

Are those newer Caribbean workout dvds? I saw them on Amazon, but there wasn't product information.

Thank you!

No, they're older. A New You and Workout on the Go (available as a two-DVD set) are copyright 2007, and Sculpt That Body is 2005.

Thanks! I just wanted to make sure they were different material than the earlier Caribbean workout dvds. I had one with kickboxing and another one (I forget the title).
