Oh yes, my legs WERE INDEED sore - quads & butt, still are this morning, so yesterday was:

Friday, the 7th of May

Oh another one close to a TURD if it wasn't for Alice.
Took her for a long walk, but other than that, sat at the computer all day writing exams - desperately trying to get them finished before today (Sunday) as really didn't walk to work on Mother's Day / Birthday, but here was are - one still isn't finished so I WILL be working on it - MUST be done to email today, and DH wants to go to the movies tonight.

Saturday, the 8th of May
70min dog walk
Pushup, Incline, Hands on Step, 4th step, aim 40+, did 41
also did quite a bit of vacuuming & dusting, but mostly computer/sit/exam.

Found a minitramp (rebounder) on footpath for council pickup.
It's smaller than mine, round, springs, but had spring covers & is in perfect condition - put aside for buddy for when she moves into the new space.
There are YouTube workouts we can do on them together.

Not far behind you!!!

Helen: I'm not far behind you on the TURD. Don't know what's up with me ... but yeah. low energy and not the best week. I suppose we all have them. Awesome on the mini tramp find.

Waves to all!!!

5/8/2021: 20 mins
. beginner Ben Aldis Power zone Ride, 5 mins Crush Your Core program with Emma - which actually was a 5 mins. stretch. (Had no idea. Can't unlock the next workout until we do them in order. Next unlocking is tomorrow or Monday - but I'm ready!)

Ok, off to exercise. . .

Cleda - they talked about certain PZ rides needing to be done in order on my last ride. I guess they have their reasons. A good stretch is always good, except when you are expecting something else!
Helen - Great find on the rebounder! Hope your buddy likes it.
Waves to Pam and anyone else out there!

We had our grandkids over yesterday, they spent the night, and we took them home today and enjoyed dinner cooked by my SIL. DS1 & fiance also joined us.

5/8 - Cathe's Stacked Sets Upper plus the Ab bonus. This one moves too fast from exercise to exercise and I miss a rep or 2 while I'm getting my weights.
5/9 - just a dog walk, I'm exhausted! Those kids wear me out, mostly in a good way.

5/10 - dog walk
30 Min. Walk & Run w/ Selina (not a fan of this one, the warm up lasted forever)
I had planned on more, but DS1 called just before I started and we chatted for 45 minutes! That's a LOT for my son. By then, it was late, so I kept it short.
