Jessica Smith's Total Body from WS1 & WS3. I also love her Total Body Circuit from the Boost Your Metabolism DVD. All of those are under 35 minutes.

She also has a few on YouTube that clock in at around 30 minutes.

Another vote for this one! It's total body (alternating lower and upper for three rounds). It clocks in around 52 or 53 minutes but you are toast at the end, lol!

You just may not be able to go that heavy if that is your goal. Oh, and there is an option to combine it all into 1 WO as well.
This is a goody! It makes me so happy that you can do this one.

Oh, I couldn't move my legs for 2 days! Did I say that, lol! Other DVDs must not work the hamstrings that much. No, I loved it!Have yet to do the 2nd one on there! (and you are so sweet)

I know I have one of her DVDs, I'll have to check and see if it's this one... it sounds like the kind of thing I'm looking for, and I remember liking her personality from the times I have done her workouts

I'm glad I started this thread, there are a lot of great suggestions here!!!

I really like Rob Glick's Power Body Strength Training. Collage has it for $9.00. One of my favorites. He uses a step bench.

Me 3. This one of her best in the series, imo. I also like Cathe's Hi Reps.

Stephanie, this may not be as heavy as you like but I love Erin O'Brien's Strong Body, Ageless Body. It clocks in at 42 mins and could even be divided into 2 25ish min workouts - one standing and one floorwork. Erin uses one set of weights throughout but I use 6 and 8lbs (and you could certainly go heavier, at least for lower body). I adore its simplicity and friendly-but-no-nonsense 'personal trainer vibe'.

My top favourite total as far as STRENGTH training is concerned are:
Well they are cathe cause she is the best!

Muscle Max, High reps and STS Total body.

Side note, I am hopping to be at least as pleased/happy as I have been with past series.

After years of ignoring recommendations about Fitness Blender, I've finally paid attention and am loving their videos. I don't do any of their high intensity stuff, but I do love their strength training and everything else that they do.

This is their You Tube channel
