Hi All,

I did Cathe’s Gloved Up & Sweaty this morning. I didn’t want to get up this morning but I felt great after I was done with my workout.

Cathe still hasn’t posted a March rotation. Did I miss something? Is she filming the new workouts? Nevermind, it’s posted on the blog. Heavy lifting focus - so not interested right now.

Another very warm day today,

karjoy - what is up with FL SG telling parents that they didn't have to isolate when their kids have been exposed to measles?

Waves~~~

T2B what happened with the SG of the STate of Florida is that HE’S AN EFFIN’
IDIOT!! His measles advice is directly counter to what every well respected infectious disease doctor and pediatrician recommend. I’m appalled. And embarrassed. You know I thing I did read or hear that that Cathe is either filming or in the midst of preparation to film.

Tonight was Push Pull at Burn. Chest and back with some shoulders thrown in.

Hi everyone. My workout Sunday was 40 minutes on the elliptical + STS 2.0 Active Recovery + Total Body Stretch. Monday's workout was a 4-mile walk with DH in the morning and Total Body Barbell in the afternoon.

T2B - I finally watched Mr. & Mrs Smith on Amazon. I lasted through 1.5 episodes and called it a day. I can't wrap my head around the couple just going around killing random people they don't even know if they are good or bad and don't even feel any moral qualms about it.

Karjoy - That's great you are getting some cooler weather. I agree about your SG.

Waves to all. Have a great evening.

My workout yesterday was Gloved Up and Sweaty with the jumping rope bonus.

T2B - Where did you find Cathe's March rotation?

Waves to al.

My workouts:
Tuesday, ICE: Metabolic Total Body
Wednesday, ICE: To The Mat Premix #6, Bands Only Premix

JB - sorry that you didn’t like Mr & Mrs Smith. I automatically suspend disbelief otherwise I wouldn’t watch any tv. . I’m watching Shogun and really enjoying that.

Cathe’s March rotation is on the Home page, scroll down to the bottom of the page.

I still haven’t tried the jump rope section, I keep forgetting it’s there.

karjoy - Are you done with your ruck challenge? Did your run time improve? SMH at the SG.

Hi Vannie!

We spent last wknd with my FIL and then drove across the state for our annual snowshoeing trip, which involved no snowshoes this year. Way more ice than we would ever want though! The trails were pretty ice covered, especially in the state park where we went the first day. The other two days we took trails that were probably less used and we were better able to maneuver around what ice there was. We enjoyed our trip and got home about 7 last night. I picked up Cyric this morning and we're fixing to go walk. He hasn't gotten a walk in a week! He was so excited to come home he was actually shaking and the lady who got him ready at the kennel said as soon as he saw his car harness his whole body just started wiggling. I missed him so much! I need to get groceries but will do that tmrw. I can't bear to leave him after just getting him home. I will do a ton of laundry when we get back from walking and also plan to workout, which he won't love, but at least I'll still be at home!

Drive by. Resting today and went to Burn legs last night. It’s already up to about 80 during the day here but a front will come through Saturday and we’ll cool off a bit.

My workout yesterday was IMAX 3 intervals 1-5 and X10 low impact and step cardio segments.

T2B - The jump rope bonus is very fun for me. Without it I don't feel like I get a good workout.

waves to all.

Three of us went today and ran/walked on side by side treadmills at Planet Fitness. I joined for $10 a month which is a steal. Even if I just use the treadmill 2 times a month it is worth it. It’s literally less than a minute from my house too.

I hope everyone is having a good weekend. It was horribly humid today and warm but a front came through and it is supposed to be chilly tonight and a high of 68 tomorrow.
