I've done two of her 40-4-40 workouts; I'm going to continue with the series, trying to do twice a week. I've been trying to do more strength work overall since being diagnosed with osteopenia in my right hip last April.

How often are you doing these workouts?
I'm doing them 3 times a week going very heavy, so I've done 3 weeks now. I was able to do chest presses with 25 pounds. Because there is a decent rest period within sets I can really push myself on weight. I've even contemplated buying heavier dumbbells, or maybe a weighted vest. I've also dialed back my sweets intake...it always gets out of control during the holidays with all the treats around and holiday baking.

Her fast moving, sweatier program. I started with it last year. Not really a 'starter' program, but probably if you've been doing something like Cathe's Ripped Hiit recently. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL...SgpjJ87omX0749

fatcat ... love to hear how you get on with it too!

I hadn't done this before, but good idea!!
I've also noticed firmer arms and back. Whooo! Even though it's a mostly hypertrophy program, strength is where I'm already seeing the most gains, which is what I really like!

I decided to try her 4 week Muscle Burns Fat rotation and see how that goes. I wish that they were longer, but I am curious the results I will get. I had started Heather Robertson's new one, but just wasn't feeling it after one week.

I am doing her 40-4-40 -Muscle After 40 six week program. It is three full body workouts per week. So far, I am really enjoying the program.

I was planning to do the 3rd video from the 40-4-40 series today, but when I read the exercises, they didn't appeal to me so much, and I didn't feel like doing a full 40 minutes. So instead I did the first Muscle Burns Fat practice - it was 25 minutes, so that worked, but WOW, I am all squatted out!

I’ve been using Cee’s workouts for a couple weeks — they’ve been great for me right now! I was in an unmotivated slump, and my beloved Kaleigh Cohen strength workouts just weren’t cutting it. Cee’s workouts are great for going heavy but without too much mental effort!
