1 - D Austin 8 min Cardio Box/Legs & D Austin Hit the Spot Stretch & Flex from Youtube (I just LOVE this (dated) stretch and am so glad to have found it!).
This is about all I could do as I'm feeling a bit beat up from XT Burn Sets over three days ..may have overdone it.

13 - Cathe XT Bi's-Tri's Tsaver 12 (Just love this XT! Entirely doable & I don't know why I was intimidated); couple of Core Exercises: Teaser, Bicycle crunches; tried a YT workout but music was too loud so quit
14 - Nothing
15 - Cathe XT Back-Chest-Calves from WB; Silver & fit int.cardio with Madeleine
16 - Cathe LIVE Smokin' L Body (didn't get to Step part at end due to chromecast/Cathe app issues); Pilates hamstring add-on

19 - Lively Ladies 2.5 mile Walk; quick Pilates side add-on; still very sore from the Cathe LIVE from over 3 days ago
20 - Nothing; this month has been awful for so much lack of sleep and migraines ..ugggh
21 - Lift with Cee Full Body Beginner (+ warmup from Cathe ICE BCamp); Lively Ladies Walk for Health
22 - Outdoor walk; Hip thrusts warm-up; Cathe AfterBurn premix 1
23 - Just a leisure Walk
24 - Not much besides Yard work
25 - Revive n Thrive Yoga Flow with Chest/Back mobility; Rhoda Sommer Ab Attack (1/2 of it); Lively Ladies Walk w Weights
26 - Cathe WB Workout: 'Lazy' Leg day; Lively Ladies energetic Cardio; Late night neighbourhood Walk
27 - Cathe LIVE Upper Body w Core express (opted out of Core and just added my own kneeling lift twists. Workout was bicep dominant however very good. Will have to even out this week!)
28 - Cathe LIVE Cardio KBing, L I Hiit & Abs opting out of abs.(Really fun sweat fest, was able to keep up during KBox except when cameraperson was on Jenn during some of the move changes instead of the instructor, but recovered pretty quickly!!)
29. Less than 50 mins Sleep
30. Not sleeping .....

Being November, not only did I get in my dog walks and bike ride, but I managed a leaf cleanup session, and I have the back soreness to prove it.

Happy November! Last month, I ended up doing more hiking outdoors vs indoor workout dvds since it was such a gorgeous Fall. The upside to all of that hiking that on my camping trip end of October I was able to power up hills stronger and enjoy longer hikes! Since the weather is now turning more cool, return to dvds including more strength and stretch.
