Debra Atkinson

Has anyone read her book, You Still Got It, Girl! If so, is it worth purchasing? I have been listening to her podcasts and am interested in her workout protocols and what I have listened to so far has me curious. I feel 9.99 is a lot for an ebook that is why I am seeing if anyone else had read before I spend the $. Thanks.

I think I paid .99 and didn't think it was worth it. I don't remember learning much and her exercise advice wasn't realistic (wait a certain number of minutes, like an hour after waking up to workout) ahm, maybe if I was retired. I don't mean to trash her, it was an easy read and if you were totally new to exercise I could see it being helpful.

I did. I didn’t get a whole lot out of it. I like her approach but I really didn’t learn anything new beyond the 2 heavy strength workouts a week with 2 days of rest in between. One day of hiit, one steady state day and walking all around it. I found it to be rather repetitive information.

Thanks. Appreciate it. I think I may be able to just watch her you tube stuff and figure it out. Really didn't think spending a couple of hundred of dollars for the membership would be worth it.
