the first ones that came to mind were some vintage workouts:

Rodney Yee - Abs Yoga for Beginners (20 min)

Suzanne Deason - Balance Ball Fitness Abs (26 min)

Rodney's is more yoga-based, and Suzanne's is pilates-based. of the two, Suzanne's is more difficult. both are good to give you different approaches. i used to do Rodney's workout a lot, and like how he does a final move to re-align the back using a reclined cobbler pose.

Hi Buffmama,

I used to do pilates a long time ago, but I could not tell if it was the thing that made me flexible as I was doing a variety of workouts. I will have to get out the pilates workouts again. Al I know now is I am stiff from head to toe and my flexibility is poor. I used to touch my toes, but I struggle now.

I always liked this one...you just feel great afterward!
Hi there,

I had this one many moons ago, and I had done it a few times, but as much as I liked the workout, I had given it away due to the 50 minutes. I just found it too long at the time. Maybe I will repurchase it and see if I can cope with the length now. You never know I may have changed.

Hi Bzar,

do you know I just recently purchased these. a couple of months ago because they were part of a multi pack and cheap. I still have not used them though.

it was meant to be. i was going to mention that both of these workouts, because they're from Gaiam and its predecessors, were probably compiled and repackaged at some point, and that "you may already have them in your collection."
