I use AppleTV to stream to my tv. I just looked and there’s only a Make music louder or no music option. You could try to drown him out but you’d have to like the music.
I don’t have Spotify so I can’t try that option.
He does talk A LOT! But it’s mainly coaching and tips with some Shaun T stuff in there, lol. But once you have the moves down, you can probably turn the sound down.
I previewed/fast forwarded through a few. They move at a slow enough pace to go as heavy as you can. He explains the move the first set but after that it moves smoothly through the other sets. The woman backgrounder is his trainer and a PT (with a doctorate). She has a nice calm presence and explains the physiology stuff sometimes. The other male backgrounder has a really nice smile! But in the workouts I previewed he doesn’t say much. He’s only in the first phase though, she’s in the first and second phase, and it’s just Shaun T in the last phase and short workouts.
Overall impression is that it’s very well thought out and sequenced. I’m going to try two weeks of each phase starting Jan 1st.

The nice surprise is the Steady state cardio workouts. They are 25, 29, and 32 minutes of all standing low impact cardio. He keeps it moving with walking, light kickboxing, and standing core moves. I really liked them! Not fancy but not boring.
