DVD's that focus on posture

Are there any workouts that focus specifically on strengthening and stretching postural muscles for common problems (lordosis/kyphosis/sway back/overpronation, etc.)?

I have a couple of the Yoga Quick Fixes but I'm not impressed by them, and they seem to be focused more on pain relief anyway.

What I am looking for may be obscure, but does it exist? Thanks!

I just traded away my copy, but the DVD 4 pack at Target that has the Piloxing cover has a 120 min. Posture DVD. It is a Pilates based DVD set, which is why I traded mine, because it's just not for me, but you might want to check it out. I think it's around $15 for the set.

A lot of episodes in Classical Stretch focus on posture. Miranda talks of improving posture often in Season 6 in particular, and also in her Core workout.

V-Core is supposed to be good for posture as well as balance.

I agree with Jackie's suggestion for the Classical Stretch Core workout--I've often thought that this one should be called the "Posture" workout, as Miranda discusses posture throughout (I'm not sure that she even mentions core!).

In her Fitness Fix series, Denise Beatty emphasizes good posture during weight training; there is a posture refresher at the start of the workouts.

Annette Fletcher includes a segment on posture in her Save Your Lower Back DVD.

Katy Bowman has a whole series of DVDs called "Aligned and Well"; each DVD focuses on a different area of the body, but they ALL stress posture & alignment. You can view them here:

V-Core Really good. I just get distracted with other workouts, but this one do wonderful to my back and posture. I will check the new workout available part on a barre web or something.

Another vote for CS/Essentrics! When I am consistent with these all my other workouts are better because it does such amazing things for my posture.
