I like Fitness Fix and James D'Silva's (on Trudie S.'s Cardio Dance or something like that). Fitness Fix is very practical. James D'Silva's is very relaxing. I like to use it before I go to bed, especially when my shoulder is tense. I have no intention of ever doing the dance workout on the DVD, but the foam roller section alone is worth the price of DVD for me.

There's one by Lawrence Biscontini that's almost an hour long. It's very comprehensive.

Have any VFers actually tried the TriggerPoint workouts? I've been eyeing them for some time.

I ordered the cheapest Fitness Fix, I think sports conditioning, from Amazon yesterday...since the foam roller is the same on all of them.

I'm really interested in the Trigger Point Smrt Core workouts...they look good, but I'm so over my limit on workouts this month!!!!!

I'm going to check out all the others. Thanks so much for all the input!

Yes - thanks as well. I might get the Trudie Styler one as I am on a bit of a dance fitness kick and the cardio portion might be good for some easier days and with the bonus foam roller workout, seems like a no-brainer! I'll check the other suggestions too!

I like the Trudie Styler one as well. I thought James was going to be releasing one that was just the foam roller?

I really like Kelly's as well but I agree about the moaning. I could do without that. As for skipping the one leg, I just chapter back one and do it again on the other side. It only takes about five extra minutes and I think it's worth it since I haven't found anything else that is as long.
