I've looked twice and nothing is calling to me.

I bought some more Virtual Active guided bike rides as it looks like they are only available as a streaming/subscription option on VA Roam going forward.

I also bought a couple Mike Donavanik DVDs.

The VA workouts are so well done and beautifully filmed. I don't have a bike but have all their hiking ones.

I have Mike's workouts also, but nowadays he's a bit too much for me.

I have one VA left on my wish list at Mary's. I think there a couple I want still that she doesn't have. I've been buying all the ones I want, knowing there won't be any more. I pretty much have them all except ones filmed in cities.

I got my DVDs yesterday and couldn't remember what else I had ordered, besides the two kettlebell DVDs. I also got George St. Pierre's Rushfit workout from the Going, Going, Gone section. This one is called Balance, Agility and Stretch for Flexibility. I'm hoping it has some mobility exercises, too! Seemed like it would be good to pair with kettlebell exercises, and probably the "easiest" of his workouts, haha!

Yes, I got more…..

I’m a sucker for barre and I haven’t done a Kathy Smith workout in 36 years and thought this looked good.

The rest was, as they say here, lagniappe. I have a small barre business so I’m curious what the yoga marketing dvd says.

With everything, buying these dvds during the sale is still cheaper than one month of a gym membership. At least that’s how I justify it. : All dvds are used.

I love to see what everyone else purchased! It’s great that our interests are so varied. Again, I do believe that ownership of media is dying and I’m glad I waited till these titles came up for sale much cheaper than for what they originally sold.

My final sale list purchased last night:

Slim and Toned Prenatal Barre Workout - Suzanne Bowen

Kathy Smith Timeless Collection Lift Weights To Lose Weight 2

Element AM And PM Yoga For Beginners DVD

Element Power Yoga DVD - Ashley Turner

The Essential Yoga 2 DVD Set

Yoga Marketing 101 - a Guide to Effectively Market your Yoga Business

Yoga Journal: Yoga Basics DVD - Patricia Walden

Stott Pilates Sculpt & Tone - Moira Merrithew

Stott Pilates Core Balance DVD - Moira Merrithew

The Method Pilates All In One Workout - Jennifer Kries

Element Yoga for Strength and Flexibility - Ashley Turner

Element Yoga for Stress Relief & Flexibility DVD

Love the warmup in the Method All in one workout. Lacey(?) leads it, not Jennifer. I keep it for that section alone. I could probably do it from memory I have done it so MANY times. I love the music and her voice and instruction. It's wonderful feel good fusion.

I can hardly wait to try it! I got my Karen Voight Pilates workout and tried the total body one last night. Good stuff!
