I find it interesting that Denise did not push diet with her daughter when she does that a bit in her videos. Despite that, I still love Denise. Looks like her daughter is following closely in her footsteps!

She sounds very level headed, and makes a great point about young athletes getting crazy messages about nutrition. High school and college is when a lot of female athletes develop eating disorders based on what their coaches are saying.

That was a good article, thanks for posting the link to it. It sounds like Katie is a good person for Denise to pass the torch to--although I am glad that Denise has stayed in the spotlight & continues to teach & share fitness, good health & good nutrition. They looked great coming down the runway together, too.

I follow Katie, well both actually, on IG and Katie has great content for someone so young. Yes, occasionally has stuff that is 'her age' but most of it is very sophisticated and polished for someone so young. Of course she has a great role model! One of the cutest things she does is recreate workout photo shoots that her mom did at her age. It's crazy that Denise kept her wardrobe all these years! They also post content together sometimes.
