You are welcome! Nice, I hope she will sell the DVDs separately, I think you could be able to do them without problem, that fluidity bar looks very sturdy.

I wondered about that the DVDs being released separately. If you didn’t get the 10 Obsidian slide DVDs the link on my site takes you to a page with free downloads. I’m not cheating. They were open before I got my slide. They aren’t hi def but they can be used.

Thank you Lannette! I already have the DVDs, but if I didn't I'd surely download them right away, they are good workouts, I did a three month rotation with them in 2015 and really enjoyed it, I need to revisit. The other instructor and creator of the Obsidian concept (Erin) is not there anymore, I wonder what happened to her.
