Best gliding disks discs or valslides and gliding sliding workouts?

http://www.savvierfitness.com/gliding_dvds.php

I would want the gliding disks to work on carpet and wood floor.

I found the above link from an older post. Does anyone have any of them? The cardio, triple threat, and booty beautiful sound interesting.

Yes I have these gliding disks and use them on a wooden floor. I think Cathe's gliding disks work on both carpet and floor. I have them too but never use them, I prefer the purple savvier fitness gliding disks instead, they're more comfortable to use on floors. The advantage of having Cathes discs is that they do work on both though.

I tried the Savvier Fitness purple gliding disks a long time ago so don't remember much.

Right now I have Valslides and Cathe's gliding disks. Of those two, I prefer Cathe's gliding disks. I don't like the shape of the Valslides or the foam piece in the middle. I like the size and sturdy feel of the ones from Cathe and I also like that they come with the cover so you can use them on any kind of surface.

I purchased a set of furniture movers from home depot. I don't have carpet, but they work great on my puzzle mats. It was a set of four for $10. They look just like the ones from valslides only grey. They seem to stick to my feet better since they have the foam on the top where my feet rest.

For workouts, I really like Mindy's Gliding Extreme.

I have the Savvier discs for use on carpeting and a set from Gaiam that came with a Pilates dvd. They both work fine - I can't say I prefer one over the other.

As for workouts, I like the 3-in-1 Ultimate Buns/Legs Workout, Fat Burning Cardio & Total Body Sculpting DVD that came with the discs as a set. I had
Booty Beautiful but I traded it a while ago and I can't t really remember what I didn't like about it but I'm thinking it had something to do with it not being all that lower body focused, but more of a total body workout. I guess with a name like Booty Beautiful, I was expecting more booty work.

My favorite workout that uses gliding discs is probably Tracie Long's Better Burn Better Buns. A great lower body and core workout with cardio intervals.

I like the Cathe ones & they work on both surfaces but have only used those so don't have anything to compare them too
