Yep, that's the title. I just looked at this dvd and in all honesty, it does not look much more different than your regular barre workout to me, but this is the real Lotte Berk workout, and that's the title.

I have a naturally round rear end, but I tightened it up and raised it up higher than when I was in my 20s with barre, CS, and t-tapp.

At 55, I have the best rear end of my life

Demeris, that is fantastic!

Brazil Butt Lift did wonders for me!! The only problem is that I've done it so many times, I'm now burned out on it! (I've been impatiently waiting for the second series!)

I'll have to check out the High Round Assets DVD.

Has anyone had good luck with Andrea Orbeck's Supermodel Buns and Thighs? I've read good reviews of it, and am thinking of getting it. Mary has it on sale right now, too.

That's awesome Demeris.

I've been told I have the butt of a 28 yo (I'm 42). I take that as a compliment

Kettlebell swings keep the butt LIFTED, period. Incorporate these at least twice a week in your routine. I am religious about this. When I was doing tonique reguarly I saw good results too, in the butt area along with hip flexor, thighs, etc. Whatever you do, do it reguarly. Also, dead lifts work but you need a heavy weight, bell to see the results. Light weights for this exercise, I have found does not do much.

Thank you, ladies. Now I'm working on my thighs, which have NEVER been something to brag about.

Uh I was born with a round high butt...but to keep it that way I've found Kbell swings, to be the most efficient exercise for me. Also barbell squat to over head presses. I work my butt almost everyday....freestyle training, this method actually works

Lunging Cycle Program

Beginners: 3 Lunge exercises, 15 repetitions each leg- 2 cycles = 6 sets

Intermediate: 4 Lunge exercises, 20 repetitions each leg- 3 cycles= 12 sets

Advanced: 5 Lunge exercises, 20 repetitions, each leg- 3-4 cycles= 15-20 sets

What 5 lunging exercises should i use? i can think of forward, reverse, side, curtsy. maybe also lunge with slide.

Split lunges, Walking lunges (if you've got room and good knee strength) Romania elevated lunge, forward backward lunges, Jump Switch Lunges. I do these after whatever my workout is be it cardio or strength. I don't use weights just body weight when doing freestyle training....note when using the freestyle method you don't have to just do lunges you can also do squats and other lower body exercises examples: the Clams, Kick backs and Fire hydrate etc. Do this program for 4-6 weeks in addition to your regular workouts and or course a healthy eating plan and you'll be very pleased with the results. I'm very happy with how my lower body looks now. Good Luck YMMV
