i have cathe's and the ones from walmart......and while the discs from walmart work fine, they tend to come off of my feet a lot more when doing movements where my feet have to go front and back such as mountain climbers or when u have to pull both feet forward at the same time...and also with those drag push-up thingees....they just won't stay on my feet....and i have used them with shoes on and barefoot.....cathe's doesn't do that....they stay on my feet just fine.....i think b/c they have a larger diameter....but i would try the ones from walmart first and see if they work fine for u.....that was just my experience.....HTH
