Question Supreme 90; Bear crawl

Hello,
Does anyone have a substitution for for the bear crawl they do in Cardio Challenge. I am really struggling!!

When I don't feel like doing that one , I either do mountain climbers or plank jacks.

I could never figure out how to do it, so I just do something similar. A 'caterpillar" works well (start in down dog, walk your hands out until you're in plank, then walk your feet up to your hands ,the hands out. When you run out of forward room, start with feet going backwards, following with hands).

I can only do the forward motion - somehow I can't get coordinated enough to do the backward motion! LOL So I end up just doing that across my basement and when I hit a wall turn back around.

Hey, now that's a good suggestion. I just did this workout on Saturday, and I wasn't sure if I was doing it correctly, nor did I really care for this move. I didn't feel winded like I do with either mountain climbers or plank jacks.
