Denise Austin's hardest

What would you say is Denise's hardest workout? On DVD or course.

I have not done this workout in several years but I think that her Ultimate Fat Burner is her toughest. When I was in much better shape than I am in now, it really kicked my butt.

I was thinking the same thing.

a few of her pilates workouts can be tough. I am always reminded that she was a NCAA collegiate gymnast giving her a huge advantage in the "strong core" department.

her Mat Work DVD and Shrink Your Fat Zones Pilates come to mind.

I second the votes for Ultimate Fat Burner. Also, there are two different "Boot Camp" DVDs each with 2 20 minute workouts, and those are pretty tough too.
