I couldn't face doing the full 90 day program and the schedule didn't fit in well with mine so I modified it. It is still basically the same, but my version was 9 weeks, with 1 rest day per week.

I also subbed in other cardio for the two S90 cardio ones. This was just for variety as I really like the S90 cardio workouts and still do them. Of the S90 set I still do the 2 cardio workouts, 2 core workouts, Total Body and Legs workouts.

My S90 rotation is below.

Week 1: Chest/Back, Ultimate Ball, Tabata, Shoulders/Arms, Cardio, Legs
Week 2: repeat week 1

Week 3: Total Body, Core Dynamics, Cardio, Total Body, Core Dynamics , Cardio

Week 4: Legs, Cardio, Back/Biceps, Ultimate Ball, Tabata, Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
Week 5: repeat week 4

Week 6: repeat week 3

Week 7: Shoulders/Arms, Ultimate Ball, Tabata, Chest/Back, Cardio, Legs
Week 8: repeat week 7

Week 9: repeat week 3
