Suggested weights for Supreme 90

Hi:
A while back I started a thread about how much I loved Supreme 90 day.

As luck would have it, I had to stop midway through because of various changes in my life.

I'm restarting again and I think I'll love it just as much.

I know I'm probably not using enough weight. I currently have 1, 3, 4 and 8-pound dumbbells. Today, I either used the 8s or carried the 1s and 4s at the same time. Will that be enough to show results?

What weights do you use? I'm willing to buy another set or two if I need to.

Also, how do I know if my stability ball is the right size for me?
Thanks in advance for the response.

I kept getting stronger with S90. I started with mainly 8 lb, ended using mainly 15 lb.

For stability ball, I think that if your thighs are parallel to the floor when you sit on the ball, it's right for you. Or, sites that sell the balls have recommendations based on your height.

If the last two reps of a set are difficult, and your couldn't do another rep with good form, then the weight is right for you. It all depends on your personal strength level, so what others use isn't necessarily what is right for you. (I personally used anything from 10-25# for the weight workouts, depending on the exercise, and made the cardio and tabata true 'cardio' workouts by using 5-8#, again depending on the exercise).

For the size of the stability ball, there are guidelines for size on some sites that sell them. In general, when you sit on the ball, your upper leg should be angled downward from the hips to the knee somewhat.

I am not much help on the weights- I used 5 and 8 lbs. but I like you enjoyed the workouts, did them religiously for 56 days and then went on vacation. Since then I've been doing other things. Someday soon I'll start back!
