What is the difficulty level/average MET level of Cathe's Perfect 30 set?

I'm wanting to know the difficulty level for my Cathe Perfect 30 set to compare to her other workouts. It's helpful to me when I'm making substitutes for workouts I don't own in a rotation.

If you have the difficulty or could post the average MET level from workout manager, would you please post so I can update my list?

Thank you!

I can list them when I have a bit more time to pull it up, but are you aware that you can get this info yourself by logging into the Workout Manager on Cathe's website? It's separate from any paid subscription. I signed up for it years ago and haven't been using it. So actually, thanks for reminding me about it as I downloaded the March rotation that I'm doing to my calendar.

LOL I thought maybe you didn't know! That way you can check all of the DVDs you don't have to make substitutions when needed. I think maybe folks think it's related to the Workout Blender that is a part of the Cathe On Demand subscription.

I keep getting the dreaded 500 error! Sorry to be so anticlimactic

What I wanted to post was that I think you get to the met values by going into the calendar in the workout manager, then click on "add workout," then "select dvd," then "select premix" (if any). You get the met value for your selection in the basic info section below. Mainly I was surprised they had the different met values for the different premixes! Never knew this feature existed in the workout manager before.

Hopefully this posts and I don't get the 500 error again.

Ugh! Sorry about the error! It's so annoying!

Thanks for outlining the steps for getting to the MET values.

I didn't know about it either -- well, that is, I thought you needed the subscription to use it. Off to play with it! Thank you!
