I'd recommend Beachbody's P90X3 and core de force. I think P90X3 would give you more challenge than P90 longer term. Best of luck to you.

This has a modifier so can be used for all fitness levels. Paul is a great instructor as well.

Welcome back! I always enjoyed your posts.

I'm a huge fan of Men's Health workouts. For me, they're the right time frame (around 30 minutes)and show 3 levels for each move. Personal favorites are ...

Metashred
Riptensity
Spartacus workouts
Anarchy

I love Metashred Extreme and it might be a bit much for you just out of the gate. The combination of band work (the bands they use come in the set) and dumbbells really work the muscles. And the cardio metasets have variations or can be skipped altogether without impacting the efficacy of the workout. It'd be a nice set to graduate to after doing one of the other sets listed above.

In case you have not found this review website, Dysfunctional Parrot has written great reviews of many workout systems, including CLX. You, I think, will enjoy his humor as much as we've enjoyed yours.

Jillian Michael's Beginner Shred might be an idea. People have also said that Dasha's 7 Day Lean is more geared towards beginners but I haven't done it, so I would double check that. FIF Bodyweight might be another to look into as it gradually progresses and I believe he shows modifications.

Another thought - KCM's Start Here? I really like that one. Kelly says it is intended for light days or coming back from an injury, but I don't find it to be a weenie workout at all. It's a workout you can grow with by putting more oomph into the cardio portions (low impact all) or increasing weights for the dumbbell work.

Here's a clip: Start Here
