I totally couch surfed all morning! LOL!

I just finished KCM RAW Lift It followed by the stretch from Boss Loops: Glutes & Core. I may do RAW Lift once a week. It was a ridiculously good weight workout. It was slower paced but at times got my heart rate up. It reminded me a little bit of MBF but at a much more controlled pace without the cardio bursts. Excellent workout that one can grow with and build up to heavier weights. I also love that stretch from Boss Loops.

KCM- Coffeyfit RAW- Upper Body Weights & Legs- Meh. The workout is 50 minutes long, but the breaks seemed excessive in this one.

The Body Bar Yoga Strength :-) This is a nice lower body workout that's not too intense. It's great for those days when you're not really motivated to workout
