That KV workout is a good one for inner thighs.
I also think Ellen works the inner things well. Plies and sweeping the leg across the front...

Thanks for all the great replies!

I just finished CS 903 and it had great hip and leg work. Since starting this rotation i have been feeling so fantastic!

The Squeeze workout has some great inner thigh moves... Especially when she does the bridge work against the wall while squeezing ball between legs. Ouchy,

It took me a long time to believe as I come from the camp of heavy weights. I took advantage of the streaming deal back in November and it hooked me in. I still lift maybe once/week and I did just recently start combining it with TA - but I will never give it up. My legs are SOLID from Buti. I can't believe it. I can build muscle rather easily - but my legs are lean, solid and defined. With Buti you do "dancey" yoga, but you are constantly working your abs and the sprints they have you do have done incredible things for my legs. You do a lot of low squats and thigh dancing and I think that's what is contributing to it. I get happy when we get to that part of the workout because I know it is working. Plus I have gotten incredible mental benefits from this program as well as I am under huge amounts of stress. I have the transformation and Shakti DVD sets and there are some free workouts on vimeo as well.

Do not do swings with bells that light - you will hurt yourself. Swings are meant to be used with heavy bells. They are also awesome for inner thighs, but please lift heavier bells than those.

I do swings with the "baby" bells all the time. Using proper form I have never hurt myself.

The first DreamBody set is particularly good ay hitting the inner thighs.
