I like all the premixes for shorter options! Im not doing triceps or biceps for 30 minutes each either!

I've never hand Cathe OnDemand but based on posts on her forum, premixes ARE available for OnDemand users (at least for newer releases*) but premixes are NOT available for downloads of course.

*I saw someone ask a question a year ago about premixes not being available for OnDemand for the Intensity series and the response was:

"This is not something we forgot to do, it's just not possible to add these premixes. The Intensity series Pyramid DVD premixes were made in a format that does work with our online system. Because of this difference, these and a few other DVD premixes can not be added to our online premixes."

Looks like well be able to get the intent of each workout in 45 minutes or less. Im happy.

Happily I am now not interested in any of these. Working all the muscles (large + small) the same amount isn't something I'm interested in.
