Should I keep these new BodyBar workouts???

I just got 5 bodybar tapes from the site, one I bought and the other 4 were free due to a promotion ~ 2 free due to an error that they corrected and then sent me free ones. The tapes look ok, but I am wondering if they are really good and worth keeping. I thought I would ask you all which I should keep and which I should trade or give away ~~~

Sports Zone ~ Lashun Dale
Armed & Dangerous ~ Andrew Houle
Innovative Stretch ~ Claire Dunphy
Martial Arts Strength Training ~ Lisa Gaylord
Body Bar & Ball Basics ~ Mindy Mylrea ~ this is the one I purchased and will probably keep but still wondering what you all think

So, are they all good or some not? Thanks for your help in this....

I love Armed and Dangerous - its a great little 30 minute workout, and Andre's in rare form. Andre is in quasi retirement, and I miss him so much!

Another vote for armed and dangerous...

I've only done it twice, but I liked it both times...

(Probably if I had it on DVD, I'd do it more, but alas, I traded it away, and I'm allergic to the VHS version still in my collection...)

I think you should just try them out and see if you like them. This is some of my thoughts:

Sport Zone - I like the sport simulation segment. There are some interesting moves in that segment. But it's hard to determine what category this workout belongs in.

Armed & Dangerous - Andre is charming as usual. As with most bodybar workouts, I use a barbell, other dbs, etc. along with the bodybars to get a better workout. This workout is o.k. but not one of my favorite u.b. workouts.

Innovative Stretch - I like this workout. It has some nice stretches in it.

Martial Arts - This one works your shoulders the most. There's very little lower body work. It's fun to do punching moves while holding a mini bodybar. This is a workout that someone has to try in order to determine whether they like it or not.

Haven't tried Mindy's workout yet. I have it on DVD along with LaShaun's Equanimity. I do like Equanimity though. There are lots of interesting stability ball work in Equanimity.

Four of the five you mentioned I have, but they're dust bunnies, so I can't comment intelligently. (I can comment vidiotically, however, and say sure! Keep 'em! Lots and lots of BodyBar vids will look nice on your shelf! )

But anyway, I also like Andre's for an nice, lighter upper body workout with pretty much a zero dread factor. He's a true cutie - I wish he'd release more stuff, too.

Thanks everyone ~ the feedback is sooooooo appreciated. Sounds like Armed & Dangerous may be a keeper, and maybe Mindy as I like her anyways. As suggested I will definitely have to give the others a go. I do like stretching tapes and upper body work so those may be promising. I will also try the variations as suggested with the db, barbell, etc. with the body bars and weighted gloves, etc. I was hoping that some of you may like them so I'm glad to see that some are not bad ~~ thanks. Any other comments appreciated ~ I am loving the feedback and ideas or thoughts on these....

Just got Armed & Dangerous the other day

I ordered the Explode/Burn DVD and A&D was free with the order. I haven't tried either one yet though.

Ditto everything Jane said! It's not the toughest upper body workout I've got by any means, but it's one of the most fun.
