Rick has some other great, short, walks that are fun and enjoyable, including some disco and artist specific (like Ed Sheerhan).

Nancy, I am.so glad to see you posting. I strained my back and have not been able to exercise for a month! I am watching this thread for suggestions when I very cautiously start back.

Hey, Sherry! So sorry to hear your back is still giving you trouble! What a bummer!

I am enjoying Cee. I plan to finish the PPL rotation (just did week 4, workout 3) and will start week 5 of the 6 next week) and then go to the 40-4-40.
Her lifting style is calm and controlled and peaceful. I need that right now.
