This is good, I was just thinking about ordering another season. I'm working my way through Season 4 to learn her approach, but I think after once or twice through each episode I'll be ready for something more challenging.

What would you recommend next after Season 4? I'm an intermediate exerciser with no particular injuries, could I go straight to Season 8 or is there another one I should 'learn' first?

Just made the effort to look it up, and Classical Stretch airs on a PBS station in my area. Gonna go set it to record now, since it airs here at 5:30 in the morning, LOL!

Okay, here is where I have a problem buying! I see a good deal, I see shipping is $7 per item, I see that it is free shipping with 3 or more items then I proceed to buy 3 items and I don't even know if i will like the workouts as I have NEVER done any of them before! I need to stop the madness! LOL I pick 3 items and have yet clicked the buy button! It comes to $123 BUT if I don't buy 3 I am wasting $14 on shipping. Do you see what I am getting at here. I seriously need some help!!!
