Cassey is a doll! I just love her positive energy. Yes, her workouts are tough, at least for me.

I like the looks of her lower body work and right now I'm shying away from plank work because of my wrists.
All the titles start with "pop pilates"

I hope this helps!

I have stilled my need to go out and buy something new. Thanks Cassey!

Oh wow, I just downloaded ~30 workouts and am currently trying to burn them all on a dvdr. Thanks again, Ruth, for enabling, I love this and the fact that I'm not needing to spend money!

My pleasure, Val
Did you get the workouts onto a DVDr? I haven't had any luck burning DVDs.

Debbie
I just did a 10 minute leg and thigh workout. Oh my goodness... my butt was burning and she was making me laugh! (while holding a bridge with one leg after a gazillion reps)

She does have a way of making them look so effortless.

I haven't even attempted this one. Well, I tried the very first exercise and didn't fare too well:

When I first started using her workouts I honestly did not think they would be a challenge to me. I was wrong .
And I am happy to see Cassey getting more attention. When she comes out with a dvd I will snap it up. In the meantime I am coveting one of her Ogorgeous yoga bags!

These look great! I am curious how they compare with ballet body? I just received the ballet body upper body workout (which is great), some of the exercises in the corset workout sort of reminded me of it. So I am curious...

I don't have a ton of experience with Ballet Body (just have dvd) but I do use Cassey's workouts frequently, either as ad-ons, or strung together to create one long workout. One main difference is presentation. Cassey is very fun and friendly. Leah is much more serious. I think they complement one another well.

Ruth,
I was able to burn them all on a dvdr, yes! (After almost 5 hr downloading/burning time! LOL) Barb S told me about the Freemake Video Converter and I have to say, it's the BEST thing that happened to me! Making videos with it is sooo easy and free best of all! You can chose where you'll save your videos to, dvd, mp4 etc.
