Visine and Cell phones.
just an FYI: PSA
came from the eye doctor and she said reading on Kindle is much better for your eyes, than the cell phone.. so if anyone reads off the Cell, just be mindful it's not good for your eyes.. We can read emails and quick stuff but don't read on the phones. ALSo.. She told me to ditch the Visine.. it's not good for our eyes..

I'm noticing Elvira drags a bit, too. She's very wordy so I find myself skimming some things - like when she describes every single dancer she works with. Erica |

Visine (and other over the counter bottled eye drops) contain preservatives, so they can have a longer shelf life. I had to switch to single serve or preservative-free when I was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy.

I got some other drops where I just use once in AM and once before bed. She knew exactly when I got that itchy eye and said I have dry eyes. I thought it was allergies.

I didn’t know anything about preservatives in eye drops. I did hear before that they take a layer off your eyes. Or something like that. I was about to buy 3 bottles of Visine before my visit. Glad I didn’t.

I read Malibu Rising by Taylor Jenkins Reid. I was pleasantly surprised by this one. It was really engaging.
I also read The Nature of Small Birds by Susie Finkbeiner. It was a really good book about a family in Michigan. She's a faith-based author, but I don't think her faith emphasis is strong.
