Kelly Coffey-Meyer's Power Splits is quite good. I've been using the Upper Body quite a lot this Summer. She also has a traditional gym style lifting workout NYC Body Sculpting.

ETA: Lift with Cee is awesome, too! She was the first person I thought of, but was already recommended. ;-)

Love Cathe's Slow and Heavy and also Amy's Slo-Mo

I thought Jari released one that was slow and heavy - opposite of her traditional style.

I was also going to suggest Caroline Girvan if you can do youtube. Especially her "tempo" workouts, but in general she goes at a slower pace than Cathe normally goes.

Has anyone suggested the Jari Love that is called "Ripped and Jacked"? That one is slow.

Thanks again everyone. I have lots of Jari and Amy Bento but not the ones suggested. I will also look at YouTube. I like the individual body parts as opposed to the total body. I have P90x but I prefer women instructors. Thanks again!
