I do have baby kettlebells 4# & 8# and Kettlenetics that they came with and a couple other videos. I have heard alot of great stuff about them, but have never tried and want to. I have so many things i want to try since becoming serious about my health and exercise!

It took me a long time to believe as I come from the camp of heavy weights. I took advantage of the streaming deal back in November and it hooked me in. I still lift maybe once/week and I did just recently start combining it with TA - but I will never give it up. My legs are SOLID from Buti. I can't believe it. I can build muscle rather easily - but my legs are lean, solid and defined. With Buti you do "dancey" yoga, but you are constantly working your abs and the sprints they have you do have done incredible things for my legs. You do a lot of low squats and thigh dancing and I think that's what is contributing to it. I get happy when we get to that part of the workout because I know it is working. Plus I have gotten incredible mental benefits from this program as well as I am under huge amounts of stress. I have the transformation and Shakti DVD sets and there are some free workouts on vimeo as well. hth
