This works for me:

Leg conditioning drills from Cathe's Kick Max

Spinning

Illaria's Bodystrikes which focuses on the lower body

and any kickboxing workout which focuses on kicks which works the inner and outer thigh

The magic circle could help.

Don't forget kettlebell swings and other kettlebell moves. Done with proper form and a properly heavy bell, you'll be surprised how swings hit the inner thighs. (As a bonus, you'll get some great glute and hamstring work, too.)

I can't believe I forgot that! I use mine once a week. I edited my post above. Thanks for the reminder, Kath.

Leg Magic

Hi Jessica,

How often do you use the Leg Magic? I ask because I have started using it about every other day. I am amazed at how challenging it is and the next day I also feel it in the front thigh. I don't really use the DVD that came with it much anymore but instead include it in whatever workout I am doing. It's only been about a month so I have not seen any improvement in leg shape.

Don't laugh-but leg magic gave me more inner thigh definition than anything else!

When I first got Leg Magic, I used it a lot. I would put on a Leslie Sansone dvd and whenever she marched in place, I would use the Leg Magic Machine. That way, I could give my legs a break when Leslie did other moves. I probably worked out this way about 4 times a week. It wasn't long before I would look down at my thighs and see muscle definition where I had never seen it before. I also discovered that I was suddenly able to do the original Buns of Steel workout with little effort when it had at one time, seemed almost impossible. That being said, I also have workout ADD and have since gone onto other things.
I'm sorry you aren't seeing any changes. I do think the key is to get on and off it multiple times during the same workout session. Good luck!

Lunges, plies,etc.

Squeeze a ball between your knees - a stability ball (good) or a soccer ball (better). That'll get ya good.

Kettlebells did a lot for that area when I was doing them regularly. They worked like nothing else. (Not even STS.)

I did some k-bell swings the other day and my inner thighs (and thut) are so sore.
