Workouts you used to love, and still love?

Allison's thread inspired me to think of workouts that for me have stood the test of time. Here is my loved 'em then, loved 'em now list, at least what I can think of off the top of my head.

CIA 9804 with Joan Pitt. Fun, fun, fun!

Step My Way and Step My Way 2, Kristen Kagen

Christi Taylor step and hi lo, any of them.

Franny Benedetto step and hi lo, any of them.

G-Force (Patrick G, Darrin G, Rob G), any of them.

Patrick Goudeau, any of them.

How about you?

Pretty much your entire list, cataddict, except for the hi-lo. I just did an old Patrick Goudeau step workout today. I would probably add Kari Anderson’s Body Tech, Rob Glick’s Amazing Step Styles, and Andre Houle’s Advanced Step to your list.

I still love all the Cathe heavy weight workouts I used to love and all the Ellens I used to love.

I like Kathy Smith's Secrets to a Great Upper and Lower Body. I have used them on my many restarts LOL. I also use her two Pilates workouts on a regular basis, as well as the stretch section from her Instant Workout.

Jennifer Kries Precision Pilates is another favorite.

I have kept Cathe's weight sets going back to the Pure Strength Series. I actually did the set a few times earlier this year, and it's as good as ever.

I have a hard time letting go of dvds even if I don't use them.

I just went back to Joyce Vedral ... still like the workouts, the results, and Joyce's zaniness.

Kathy Smith's workouts were the first I purchased. I don't have those any more but I have several Kathy workouts that I still like.

Firm Classics 1-4

Slim Series

Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire

P57

Leslie Sansone - I thin it's 4 Fast Miles (forget the exact name but it's the one with the James Brown doll at the end). Yes the doll is cringe but he workout is fantastic--especially if you can play your own music!

Les Mills Combat DVD set produced by Beachbody. I have never done these workouts and not felt great after! I have subscribed to Les Mills on Demand a few times in the past few years, and have done and enjoyed the Combat workouts there as well, but the DVDs give me more of an endorphin rush. I'm not sure why. I can go a long time without using these workouts, but each time I go back, I don't regret it and I never feel like I wasted my time.

I love all of my Cathe workouts too. She has fun cardio and amazing weight workouts. Lots of variety.

I always return to Cassey Ho's pilates DVD's that sit on my shelf

I still love Providence (kettlebells), Horizontal Conditioning and some old BJ Gaddour stuff

I still love Amy Bento's ASC 2, Jari Love's weight workouts, and all of Christi Taylor's workouts.
