Question A Firm question!

Hi all,

Can someone please tell how many workouts from The Firm Body Sculpting System were filmed in this set with the big fans:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o2f8aBy_JVU

I really like the look of all the ones I have checked, I don't have a fanny lifter but it seems like they would work great with a High Step.

If you could list the titles, I would appreciate it so much.

Thank you!

Yes, a high step works. It's more stable than the Fanny Lifter, too.

Were the BSS2, 3 and 4 workouts filmed on a different set?

yes - all unique for each series.

BSS2 has a nice setting - blocks of different colored panes. here's a full length video of Maximum Cardio Burn with Allie Del Rio:

BSS3 - darker setting, with each person on a round dais, standing "profile" with the "deathbox" in some moves. narrow camera angle made it hard to see the modifier.

BSS4 has a nice background with "wavy" free-standing panels:

In BSS2, they are wearing Natural Balance cross-trainers and I still wear that same style today. I get a new pair every year.

Bzar, do you know how much weights the bar they use in this workout?

Carol, are they comfortable? Is the sole flexible? Do you use it for cardio only? They look nice!

I think they are very comfortable and I use them for all FIRM and BeMax workouts, which are the only workouts I do. However, they are one of their very oldest styles and are not readily available in the store anymore. I usually buy them in the store, but they ship them to me from one of their warehouses. I usually wear a 6 medium, but in Natural Balance I wear a 6 wide.

Thanks for all the info Carol, I will check around if I can find them.
