Kaleigh spin and Epic 2 lower body complexes.

I have family (3 of my kids and one girlfriend) coming in starting tomorrow night for Thanksgiving so I probably won't be posting after tomorrow. Not even sure how much I'll be able to work out.

Heather Robertson Daily 10:
Day 16 - abs
Day 19 - cardio
Day 17 - upper body
Day 18 - legs

I didn't like upper body. Lighter weights, nothing seems well targeted. Second round I did shoulder presses and SA rows instead of the curl and press, and curls. I thought the ab work was tough and modified to protect my lower back.

Kaleigh spin and Sydney's 45 Minute Upper Body Pull Strength Workout | PUMP - Day 14. I liked this one a lot but it was evenly split between back/biceps and I'm not that crazy about spending so much time on biceps.

So tired today. My insomnia is worse than ever (under an enormous amount of stress right now). Struggled with the workout but got it done. Workouts will be challenging for the next 9 days with the kids home.

MrandMrsMuscle 30 min FB with DB + Ab Finisher

I did windmills instead of kneeing side plank to oblique crunch and I went heavier on curtsy lunges and did more of those than the upright rows which where shown after each lunge. Great workout though.

Erica I hope you get to rest up a bit and have some fun with your family. The more people present, the more people to help get the work done.

growingannanas 45 Military Monday Killer HIIT no repeats, no equipment

I started the Nov week 3 weights playlist. I will be skipping the yoga and grouped the 2 short workouts together to keep me within my time frame. Today felt good. I modified some. I like that she smiles. Mrs Muscle doesn't during the workout. I put together a 30ish min weeklong playlist from fitness kaykay for the following week.

growingannanas 30 min Killer Booty Burn with Weights, No Repeats - awesome! Standing weighted work as well as mat work. Grouped in a way to really feel it.
