Thanks, I'll start with EPIC 1 full body and HIIT.
Keep the comments coming. Love hearing them. At some point I'll get back to Caroline. Today I drove buffboy to school. Seems like his mono recovery isn't going to be quick.

I'm looking at growingananas Nov week 3 with weights workouts. Nice and short except for 1 which I can skip, shorten, or do on a day I have off. Jillian also fits nicely into what I'm doing.

Take out for the holiday didn't pan out so I'll be cooking and bringing our food over to my folks so we can all eat together (different meals mostly although we will share some stuff). I wrote up holiday menus a few years ago as they came up and I just modify going forward. Huge timesaver. Mom always made a feast but that's just too much work. I guess we're looking at one dessert instead of two.

Happy Thanksgiving to my American buddies! I hope you're surrounded by loved ones with smiles on their faces and delicious aromas of the seasons bounty.

Sandy - How are you liking those new KB workouts? They keep coming up on my youtube feed and I just haven't gotten to them yet.

I like them since they are in the same format as Caroline's: timer, preview, and silent (his newest ones are silent. I did see he speaks in the older ones.) The workouts are good, but in the ones I've done, they were just workouts done with a KB. They could have just as easily been done with a DB. I expect a KB workout to have swings, snatches, turkish get ups, suitcase deadlift... I was missing the KBs, so I may actually have to use a DVD!!!!
