Today I did an upper body strength workout from Zanna. Yesterday I got more than 11k steps.
I got my hair colored by an actual professional (instead of myself) today. He colored all of it (I had had the very back brownish and the rest red). It's darker than I have been used to, which makes me feel like I need to wear a little more makeup. But it will be a good change for the winter months.
Diana, some hard ingredients for Thanksgiving are herbs such as sage. I would have to make my own breadcrumbs. There is no canned chicken broth, just bullion, so I would have to make broth. Other foods that are hard to find are things like chili powder and jalapenos, things that are a bit spicier, and any kind of spice/herb blend. Or easy, processed foods. Everything is in the simple, natural form. Like if you want mac and cheeese or brownies or cake, you always have to make them from scratch. It's much healthier though! No GMO foods or hormones in meat or anything.
