Bee - I used to avoid Christmas movies until recent years. I think I got sick of the old "classic" favorites. Now, I have new favorites that I like to watch each year.
Chele - You are making good progress, though it must seem glacially slow! Kim - It is Susan Powter's Building Strength. She only does 10 reps for most of the moves and goes at a pace appropriate for heavier weights. Hugs to all!
