Does Gilad have more step workouts than these two?

I have Gilad's Step Aerobics and Step and Tone workouts and I really like them both. Does he have any others? Mostly what I'm seeing (via Mary's clips) is weight stuff or floor aerobics. I don't mind if it's step and weights like a circuit, I just want more Gilad step!

I love Gilad and have almost every workout that he's done. Those two are the only step ones that I've ever found though.

No, I don't think he does.

Too bad, his step workouts are fun and easy choreography. Thank you!

I know, I wish Gilad had more step workouts!

You may want to check out Jenny Ford for step - hers are similar to Gilad's in terms of simplicity of choreography. Many also have outdoor settings.

Yes, the Jenny Ford step workouts are a good suggestion. You can see some of them on You Tube, and the entire Step Across America set is on DVD now. It has 50 30 minute workouts with outdoor settings and easy choreography.

I totally agree and if a whole set is intimidating then I highly recommend her Coast to coast DVD to get a feel for her style.

I love those Gilad step DVDs and love her Coast to coast DVD.

I used to use Step and Tone as part of my Firm rotation since he uses light weights for the arms while stepping. Also at the end, there is a pretty challenging body weight section of squats and lunges which really finishes off the legs after all that stepping.

It's a unique workout. I wish there was something similar out there.

I've done a few Jenny Ford's (she had a few on Amazon Prime I think?) and I never really clicked with them. Maybe I should try again.

I love Cathe, but many of her step workouts are just too complicated for me and I wind up having to modify too much (I already have to modify a lot of the impact).

i love S&T too.

Gin Miller has many step workouts w/basic choreo that she adds weights to. i can't think of them off the top of my head. the choreo is simple. most if not all of her workouts (Reebok and her "newer" ones where she teaches solo) are on youtube.

Gin's choreo is so basic (but not boring) that you could add weights to it.
