DVD program similar to Jessica's Lift & Shift?

I'm really feeling the FOMO with all the great reviews and the first window to purchase closing this Sunday. Is there a DVD program similar to Jessica's Lift & Shift? I like the idea of progressive strength training and wonder what other instructors/programs out there that are on DVD(s)? TIA!

I think the Met-Rx 180 set may be somewhat comparable, and Frank Sepe is a good instructor. I'm pretty sure it is meant to be progressive, and I think it also includes a cardio workout (it's been a while since I looked at the set so I don't remember exact details at the moment).

Is there a workout of Jessica herself in the Walk Strong Compilations (1,2 or 3) that is a bit like Lift and shift ( maybe less advanced?). Please tell us your opinion. Thanks in advance.

Cathe's STS program is great, but it's more $$$ than Jessica's. It's 36 DVDs and a users guide.

https://shop.cathe.com/STS-36-DVD-90...gram-p/748.htm

ETA: You can save 25% when buying bundles, so that would put it at around the same price as Jessica's.

You could try her Get Strong DVD. It's only 2 workouts, but they are both different types of strength training and pretty straight forward: https://youtu.be/ucdOjEqxhk4

It's available for purchase on Amazon.

That plus Boost Metabolism+Muscle would give a lot of strength options/variety.

Thanks Stephanie and Lori! I’ll have to check out your recommendations. I only have one Cathe DVD and haven’t done the workout to see if I can keep up with her. She has always intimidated me.

FYI, the MetRx 180 set is available super cheap: https://www.amazon.com/Met-Rx%C2%AE-...5668525&sr=8-2

It includes equipment and all the materials for $24.99. It's an excellent value and a well produced set!
