Huh. That's a lot different from what she said on that facebook video a while ago. She said then that she'll be making lots of regular Cathe workouts using the Fit Tower that would be like what we're used to from her. I don't see that happening if she has to do it in collaboration with the manufacturer (based on the collaborative work she's done (for Fit Tower) already, and in the past for the step.) Oh well--I am happy with all the barre sections from past workouts and Cathe Live, so it doesn't matter much to me anyway

Hmmm...I'm not interested at all in these, but of course my feelings may change I'm hoping for more step, of course!

I'm in for sure. I've noticed recently how cut and buff cathe is looking. I figured she was up to something. her legs and biceps were looking seriously strong a couple of weeks back! i wonder if it has anything to do with her trying out her new workouts before she actually produces them.

I have no idea what PHA is, but I'm cautiously hopeful about another Cathe total body workout and I like giant sets. I hope it's a doable length for 6:00 am before work, and I hope it actually happens. I think she mentioned doing a TB for the ICE series and it didn't materialize. Off to read about PHA.
