Yes, sad news. My mom worked out to her LP's, too. The last time I visited my parents I found a stash of VHS tapes in the guest bedroom. My mom had some Joannie workouts on VHS that were still in the shrink wrap!

Wow, that's amazing! I don't know what ever happened to my mom's.

RIP Joannie. I still have her workout album and used to do her TV shows.

Here I am in the bay area and I didn't realize Joanie was a bay area person. I always credit the original Firms with getting me into home exercise, but I sort of forget that when I graduated from college and had no job, I would do her workouts on TV -- I guess that was Morning Stretch -- I don't remember what it was called.

Oh no! My friend is the hugest Bon Jovi fan. She is probably heartbroken.

Jim Seals of Seals and Crofts, Duo That Ruled ’70s Soft-Rock With Hits Like ‘Summer Breeze,’ Dies at 80.

Such great 70's songs such as “We May Never Pass This Way (Again)”, and "Get Closer".
