Thank you everyone for helping out. I have a yoga mat coming. It will help me so much. The floor is super hard and I tend to loose balance when I do yoga so, I want to protect my bones.

You've been in my thoughts and prayers.
I would help if I could, but we're in a very difficult situation ourselves. Plus, we live outside the country, so mailing is not the best option. Everyone here is so sweet and kind. Please know that I have been thinking of you so much.

Thank you everyone for the DVDs. I have received so many that I really feel I will be well stocked for some time. It is shocking. The packages have varied from a few DVDs to a large box with them. I also received some socks, a yoga mat, workout shorts. Everything will be put to good use.
I was able to walk two miles the other day. Today is a rest day. When I first moved here due to the divorce, I could only walk around 300 yards. Being out of that toxic environment has been a boon for my health. I pray it continues. I have multiple sclerosis. With the DVDs I will be able to expand the types of exercise. My muscles are feeling tight with all the walking I have been doing. I ordered a kettle bell from Amazon, but the surface is rough. So rough that it would rip up my hands. What brand do you recommend? My mailbox kept filling up with the PMs. I had to erase the old ones to allow new ones to come in. So I don't have all the names to respond. Some packages came without a note in it so I am not sure whom they came from. I have so much gratitude for your help in getting me all these workouts. Being on disability, there simply isn't enough in the budget for everything. You have made it possible for me to keep exercising at home. Thank you so very much. I appreciate everything you have sent and will put it to good use. xoxo |
