I did my first PBL exercise this morning and enjoyed it. It's so soothing and peaceful compared to my other workouts! (Love that.)
My laptop has a large screen. I propped it up on the short riser of my Firm fanny lifter near my mat and, much to my surprise, think I might prefer this method of viewing versus streaming it onto a big-screen TV. Floor work is so much easier when the screen is closer to the ground!
